Work Rant

Sat Aug 29, 2009, 5:09 PM
I'll just say that it’s the most disorganize, biased store/company I had ever worked with! No one wants to help me lift up the heavy products and expect me to do it alone. I just leave them right there until I get assistance. The managers in the store are the most sorriest bunch I ever seen, one of them don't like to help like the others and gets piss off with I'm assisting someone, which I just ignore him. The other one wants everything done fast like in 30 minutes when I'm was assembling furniture for him. He get impainent and then assist me with it in which he use a few parts and then set the product up to the floor. A few screws and bolts were missing but he didn't care. Most of them are sexist, including one of the people from the crop which was at the store during the audit one day. And they wonder why they have problems at this store. I have been looking for another job for a while after my first week there. I been doing some overtime even though I shouldn't and had talked to the managers about my work shift and overtime in out of concern. They still don't have me in their monthly shift! *snarls* They want me to do a three man require job even though I'm the only person in the backroom. I been using tactics in which result someone to assist me by force. Just the other day, one of the managers want me to move some things around at the back which are too heavy for me to lift so I just wait for someone to come back there to help which one of the managers did and help a bit. I was busy assembling the lamps for the time being until the same one came back and they ask what I was doing. I informed him that some of the items were heavy and I need assistance. He assist me for a bit before heading right back out. I often wonder why he don't send someone back here to assist me. The majority of the workers in the store aren't doing anything! I was already close to my ninth hour when he came back and want me to clean the restroom because of the running water, WHICH WAS THERE SINCE THIS MORNING. It's waste water. They could have someone on the floor to do it but they decide to wait until near closing time to have me to do it. I have refused. They also expect me to clean it up with no sanitary items?! I just waited for my shift to end and just went home that day. This has happen last week.

Its one gets better. During the same week, I called the HR Department after a remark the store manager had made and spoke to the recruiter (whom was the same one whom I spoke to at the job fair back in June) about the issues. She call the District Manager who were visiting the store that day. The District manager spoke to me and I inform him about the issues I was having with most of the workers here including the managers. He got the store manager and we talked in the break room. While I was talking to them, took notice of their body language and knew nothing going to happen, especially the way they were ignoring me like I wasn't in the room. *blinks and then sighs* they was acting like buddies and not taking certain things into consideration. As for the pay period, let just say that I finally get my first check this coming Monday though its base on a two week period. I been taking a diplomatic approach with the entire situation at the work place and its fallen on all deaf ears. I had enough with this corporation and it’s busied, I will resign once I get another job with some organization and a stable environment. Afterward, I'll play off my account instead of doing my regular payments monthly. They have lost their long time consumer! To think this is the same corporation whom had help me establish my credit. *snarls* Just been stress out about this ever since my first week there and haven't been in the mood to work on my stories or anything.

The are so many things going on with the place I'm working that I had report a few people whom I had problems with to the HR Department. *sighs out in annoyance* I'll might post the details about it in my next post.

Music Gerenes

Fri Aug 7, 2009, 8:45 PM
I know a few people or most in that matter have a particular favorite music gerene. As for me, I don't have one. I mainly go by the tone, lyrics, and the score in the songs. If I like it, I give it a thumbs up. I'm open to just about all gerenes in music except rap. There a few people, whom I know who listens to it think of it as poetry. As for me, I hate it. The majority of the lyrics are almost always degrading about someone or something. *shake his head and growls* Anyway along with the music gerenes, I also listen to video game and amine soundtracks (mainly the Japanese Versions) through most of them are instrumental, the scores on most of them are wonderful, in my opinion. *smiles* I recently listen to a few from Yugi-Oh, the first to the final season. I’m not referring to the other new Yugi-oh series crap, just the one during the Yugi - Atem Saga. I was surprise by the scroe and was wow by it. I can never forget about the musical scroe from the Dragon Quest VIII game, it’s jaw dropping.*gives it two thumbs up*

From that note, I found this theme song on youtube. It’s from my past favorite childhood TV game show, Where in the World is Carmen Sandiego?

P.S. I was ask about what gerene of music I enjoy listening to most a few time and thought I should make a post about it. *grins*

Garage Doors Photo Works

Thu Aug 6, 2009, 9:15 PM
I was strolling through MSN website when I came across about this. Hence the summary; a Germany-based company has come up with a way to make the lowly garage door a medium for sometimes zany self-expression.

They are very impressive! Mm, wish I can do that to my garage whenever I move out to my own home someday. You'll already know what I'll have on those doors. *grins*

Updates on writing.

Mon Jul 27, 2009, 11:48 PM
First of all, I like to thank all of the new watchers, even though I really don't have anything worthwhile to post aside my Twisted Fate Chapters, for your information is my Mario fanfiction story. Seem like not a lot are even reading it. *sighs* Aside a limited number and the ones whom had comment. Want to thank you for it. Nevertheless, I'm continuing until I finished with this piece. I'm nearly finished with chapter two of Twisted Fate. In this upcoming chapter, Mario and Peach awaken in the town’s inn and Toadsworth along with the citizen inform them what was happening at the moment. After a big argument between Peach and Toadsworth, whom don't want her to leave, Mario and her leaves the ruined kingdom to rescue Luigi form Bowser's hands along with finding more information about the Koopa legend. Meanwhile, Peach is having flashbacks about the dream she had before awakening from unconsciousness. The voice sounds very familiar and it seems to know her very well. They venture into the mountains as they was heading towards a nearby village when they run into a familiar foe, whom they had never imagine to meet once more, thus bringing painful memories back in Mario's mind as they are force to fight.... Heh heh. You have to wait until I post it.

On another note, I have a few writing projects going on which involves yours truly. I'm pondering about if I should revise one of my old stories or not. I also have a transformation story in the works along with updating information for my profile, in which is LONG overdue, rawr.

*just notice the pageviews* Heh, I'm getting close to the 5000 mark.

Don't worry, I'm still trying to upload chapter one for you folks here. Wish the da uploading process was such a pain in the ass. *growls*
